By using our services, you agree to these Terms.1. ServicesReadysite offers:Website creation services (Basic, Standard, Premium plans)
Optional monthly maintenance subscription
Support and minor edits for maintenance plan clientsScope of Services:Maintenance covers small updates and corrections only. Major redesigns or structural changes are not included.
2. Payment
One-time website fees are charged according to selected plan.
Maintenance subscription: €30/month (if selected)
Stripe is used to process all payments securely.
Clients are responsible for purchasing a Carrd Pro account for site ownership.Important:
Your domain is purchased separately and remains fully under your control.3. Refunds
One-time website fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Maintenance subscription may be canceled anytime, with no retroactive refunds.
4. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate information for website creation
Grant collaboration access for maintenance plan subscribers
Purchase domain and Carrd Pro account as required
5. Intellectual Property
All websites created by Readysite remain our property until transferred to the client.
After transfer, the client owns the website content and domain.
6. Limitation of Liability
Readysite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service but will make reasonable efforts to maintain website functionality
7. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.8. Changes to TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified via email or updates posted on our website.9. Pricing and Subscription Changes
All fees and prices listed on the Readysite website, including one-time website fees and monthly maintenance subscriptions, are subject to change at any time.
Any changes to pricing or subscription fees will apply only to new clients or new subscription periods. Existing clients under a current agreement will continue to pay the rates agreed at the time of their purchase unless a separate agreement is made.10.
